About Highland Springs Country Club
Welcome to Highland Springs Country Club, in Cherry Valley California. A place rich in history, yet unspoiled by the rush of time. A land where the air is clean and fresh, the water is pure and the climate agreeable. A community of home sites in the high desert rimmed by mountains. Here you can live near freeways and lakes, perfect your swing on tennis courts, and on an executive SCGA rated golf course, play and swim in your own recreation center with club house, heated swimming pool and spa. Highland Springs Country Club is a located 25 minutes west of Palm Springs, A place where rolling meadows and foothills rise up and become rugged snow peaks in the winter months.
The homes are a mix of manufactured homes and site built home construction. It is a 55+ community and maintains it membership with close adherence to the requirements set forth by the government. The homeowners association was registered in 1984, and is managed by an elected 5 member Board of Directors with the assistance from a management company. A 5 member architectural committee, also elected, oversees the adherence to the governing documents to maintain the asthetics of the community. The Board of Directors, are supported by 9 committees of resident volunteers, which meet on a regular basis to provide for the health and enjoyment of all residents.
