About Benson Woods
Welcome to Benson Woods, an active adult community located in the picturesque rural community of Middlebury, where the beauty of nature meets a carefree, active lifestyle. Single-level living, lush landscapes, two-car garages and maintenance services make Benson Woods an ideal choice for active adults.
Benson Woods is nestled in a quiet wooded glen with Eight Mile Brook on its western border. Just a mile from I-84, Benson Woods is close to everything but tucked away from daily hustle and bustle.
The home designs are both freestanding single family and attached single family units. The base home is a single story in a traditional colonial design. An optional second story loft provides more living space.
The homes at Benson Woods have been redesigned for today's lifestyles. Two main floor bedrooms are standard, with an optional third bedroom a possibility. Each home has a two car garage, front porch, back deck, and a full basement. Some homes may have walk out basements. Home buyers can take advantage of a customization program to fully personalize their new home.
