About Bay Island
Bay Island is one of the larges, and most vibrant, 55+ condo communities in Pinellas County. It offers low-maintenance carefree senior living with great water views and lots of amenities and things to do. It has multiple heated swimming pools for your convenience, hot tubs, recreation building, fitness center, a 1 1/2 mile long waterfront walking trail, shuffleboard courts, tennis, fishing pier, boat docks, marina, and more. There is even a tiki area with gas grills overlooking the bay.
There are always socials and events going on orchestrated by the on-site social director. Or just socialize in the common areas, library with internet, card rooms or tennis table facilities.
The community has an attended guard gate and 24 hour security.
Bay Island actually is an island! It is located on its own island surrounded by the shimmering waters of the Intracoastal between St Pete Beach and mainland South Pasadena. The homeowner association is located at 7490 Bay Island Dr S, South Pasadena, FL 33707.
