Ida is doing well-she has gained 9# in a month which is partially why she is in brookdale- she had lost 40# at home and needed to use wheelchair when entering- is now using rollerator again to move around facility and has had no more falls. I would give brookdale a B+ at this time. improvement could be made by supplying her cold water in her room to help counteract her chronic UTI problem. staff is friendly and treats ida well. This is her 2nd memory care facility and the best so far.
