From the moment you walk into Charter, you can feel the warmth and care that sets it apart from other ALFs. The community is clean, beautifully maintained and feels like a home. The Staff are truly the heart of this community. Compassionate, professional, and attentive, they go above and beyond each day to ensure, not just my mother, but every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for. What truly elevates this community is the Executive Director. Danielle's passion for senior care is undeniable. She leads with integrity, heart and vision that creates a culture of excellence throughout the building. Whether it's knowing each resident by name or being a hands-on leader. She sets the tone for the remarkable Care delivered. I toured all the ALFs in Gainesville and Charter is by far the best one. I highly recommend you placing your loved one here.
