What families are saying

We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a Seniorly representative for details.
The reviews provide insights into various senior living facilities, highlighting both positive aspects and areas of concern. One facility is praised for its friendly and professional staff, clean environment, and thorough weekly housekeeping. However, it faces challenges such as staff shortages, communication issues, hidden pharmacy costs, and limited meal options for special diets. The need for family members to advocate for their loved ones is emphasized. The Mansions of Alpharetta is noted for its appealing environment, but concerns are raised about the suitability of its memory care residents for those needing more engagement. The Mews in Greenwich receives high praise for its central location, well-maintained resident rooms, and a variety of amenities, including a library, movie room, and ice cream freezer. The staff is described as kind and helpful, and the facility is commended for its safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents and visitors appreciate the quality of the food and the range of activities available. However, some reviewers mention the lack of laundry services and express reservations about the cafeteria-style dining. Additionally, The Mews does not accept Title 19, which may be a consideration for some families. Overall, while each facility has its strengths, such as friendly staff and engaging environments, potential residents and their families should be aware of specific limitations and ensure that the facility meets their individual needs and expectations.

I strongly suggest you stay away from the Mansions at Alpharetta!! The Mansions consistently raises rent, even when they go weeks without housekeeping because they are so short staffed! It NEVER smells clean after they leave. I wouldn’t be surprised if they cleaned with water to cut costs. Coupled with the food which was so sub-par it defied definition! There was no consistency, the menu did not provide sufficient fruits, vegetables, and daily nutrients--and was completely unacceptable. The portions were meager, and my mom has lost a tremendous amount of weight. The Mansions is consistently under staffed. It’s a revolving door. They have an inability to hire, train, and retain employees! It’s someone new each week which says A LOT about a company in whole. There was no protocol in place when a fire alarm went off one night. Don't waste your money here! If I could give this place negative stars, I would!!

This is the top community for independent, assisted living and memory care in the area. First of all, their employee retention is good and that is an excellent benefit for the residents, as well as for providing good care (which is number one in my book)! They have a thriving activities program, especially in the independent community. I have clients that have moved into The Mansions of Alpharetta and have actually come off of their anti-depression meds and with (Fox Rehab) on site... the residents benefit from consistent wellness checks and a great exercise program that is included in their monthly rent!
