If I could give this place a zero I would. I showed up for a scheduled tour and there was no a single staff member to be found. Anyone who walks in has access to any part of the facility - upstairs, downstairs, resident rooms. There was absolutely no one. After 10 minutes I called several numbers and either the mailbox was full or I was transferred to the main corporate number. What if there was an emergency? After 15 minutes of standing around I left. And I don't think it's location specific because my father in law is at a Brookdale facility in FL and we wanted to transfer him to one here to be closer to family and that one isn't great either. So no we won't be moving him to another one here. I'd rather pay the money for a new place than do an internal transfer. His safety and care is too important and I have zero confidence in Brookdale's ability in either one of those.
