Don’t send your love one here there’s no staffing no med techs any staff is passing out medication that’s not certified most of the staff are on drugs . Residents are not getting showers or ADL’s there’s no activity for the residents. There’s no facility nurse the food is horrible and they don’t get healthy snacks if snacks at all . The facility has roaches in resident rooms and beds . Third shift leaves in the middle of there shift and there’s not a med tech most of the nights most of the residents have falls on third shift because of staff is on drugs or sleeping on duty. They hire anyone off the streets.The residents clothes are being stolen and they don’t wash the residents clothes with proper sanitation detergent . Residents rooms smell like piss please don’t send your family there this place needs to be sited
