Of Columbus pretty centrally located, though close to Ohio State University's campus and what's great about that is just, you know, being close to university. There's just so many amenities in that area. And so you know whether it's a

Christine Healy: And one of the trends, I think, is actually, you know, senior living communities starting to partner with universities, to, you know, to allow residents to attend lectures or to bring, you know university professors into the community. So it'll be interesting to see kind of how that grows over time.

arthurbretschneiderimac: I mean, II wouldn't be surprised, you know, as A. A. Again, it is a brand new community. And so they're certainly developing new programs. But as I said that the location? It's just a a short drive to the to the campus and you know. Residents can often, you know, take a stroll down Perry Street Park, and you know, there's just there's a lot there's a lot there's a lot there.

So they really do the full continuum of care there. It's it's operated by Senior star. So Senior Star is a is an operator that's based in Ohio, and they have about 7 properties in the area.

arthurbretschneiderimac: I think the other thing that, you know, that's helpful to know about Harrison on Fifth is just the sort of different types of floor plans and sort of the different costs that are associated again. It isn't a newer community. And as they've done that, they've they've built independent. They've built 3 different levels of care. So, as I said, there's independent living, assisted living and memory care.

And the costs range from a ranges from about $4,000 a month to about $8,000 a month. And so that the you know, included in the independent living is is the apartment. It's also housekeeping and food services and things like that. But there's no care involved.
