Well, expect lots of surprises, and not in a good way. My parents signed a contract October 23 of 2023. They moved in October 26 of 2023 and received a letter of notification that their rent would be increasing January 2024. Their lease agreement terminology is vague and non-specific and so is there letter of notification. The director promptly left for his cruise vacation and was gone for 12 days leaving residents concerned about their increases and budgets. They are frustrated, angry and upset, and they have every right to be. TM has our investment money, if I had it to do over again, I would read every letter of their contract. There are management companies out there, who are more transparent; they will tell you exactly what to expect. Touchmark is not one of them.

Called the the rental/ sales office and I was told that it would be inappropriate for the agent to give me quotes via phone. Do I want to live here? I understand that there will be several living structures in this community, but, I stated and described my interest, yet, she was persistent in not giving me a price. PR was poor.
