Greenspring is one of Northern Virginia’s most vibrant continuing care retirement communities. Here, you’ll enjoy stylish maintenance-free apartment homes, an abundance of modern amenities, and all the services you need—right down the hall. Our scenic 58-acre campus is comfortably situated in Springfield, close to the culture and convenience of Fairfax County and Washington, DC.
Our Fairfax County retirement community also features a comprehensive continuing care neighborhood that includes assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care.o meet the increasing demand for dynamic senior living in Northern Virginia, we opened the Greenspring retirement community in 1998. Fairfax County seniors were inspired by the opportunity to enjoy the same independent lifestyle they were accustomed to, but without the hassles and worries of home ownership.
Our Springfield campus is still growing today. We currently boast independent living apartment homes, three clubhouses, and a full continuum of care—all supported by a staff of more than 1,200.
