I would give a minus 5 stars if I could. My mom lived here for a little over a year. Shortly after moving in, the management changed - so did everything else. Mom constantly complained about the food being terrible. Residents constantly were allowed to harass my mother all hours of the day and night. My mom was a smoker and multiple residents came to her begging cigarettes. We reported this to management multiple times. Their response "they are all adults, they need to manage this themselves". We were very clear that she did not have this capability. We were clear about her alzheimer's/dementia when we moved her in. They assured us they could care for all her needs. The onsite nursing team is a joke. Mom needed ear drops, "we can 't do those-family needs to come in". Could not even give an ice pack when my mom had a bad fall. On the subzero temp days mom was not warned to stay in, went outside and had to have ambulance called twice.
