I recently had a tour at Cottonwood Village in Arizona, and it was a wonderful experience. I was greeting by the executive director, who was not only incredibly responsive to all my queries both during and after . I also met the activities coordinator and it was clear she puts so much energy into her activities - all of which are evident from the smiles of seniors that attend them.
