The residents are so well taken care of. The staff is composed of loving employees full of character. The boss is truly involved in each resident's life. She is a truly caring and kind individual. The facility is very clean, and the cleaning ladies visit personally with the residents giving them the chance to ask for personalized room care that fits their needs above and beyond the basics. The staff all work wonderfully as a team with an attitude of "Let's make it great together no matter what it takes." The residents get lots of daily attention, help with all basic tasks daily, a chance to visit the salon for haircare anytime they want to by appointment, good meals, snacks anytime, assistance night or day, lots of one on one attention, and a staff that is super understanding. The facility is also beautiful and relaxing with the fireplace in lobby during the cold season and 4 enclosed courtyards, even one for memory care residents to enjoy.
