My Dear, 100 year old Mother, received great care and compassion from the educated and experienced staff at We R Evergreen. Ruby, the owner and director, is very knowledgeable and assisted us with scheduling doctor's appointments, transportation, doctor and physical therapist and Hospice. Her work allowed us to enjoy this precious time with our Mother. Thank you all at We R Evergreen for the compassion and care you have provided for my Mother and for the knowledge, guidance and assistance given us during her stay at We R Evergreen.

From a nursing standpoint, this board and care facility exceeds expectations in maintaining resident safety and dignity. Their caregivers show excellent skill in managing both the clinical and personal needs of residents. Their proactive communication with the medical professionals ensures continuity of care. The hos is always clean, residents well-groomed and comfortable. Their commitment to professionalism gives me peace of mind when collaborating on resident’s care.

I would recommend this facility to others! The owners and caregivers are very hard working, empathetic, and welcoming! This facility is exceptional in caregiving to elderly residents. The atmosphere is relaxed just like home with in-house cooked meals. It's rare to be in a residential care facility like theirs that's really clean and not have that unpleasant odor. Hospice clients live so much longer than what was predicted. There must be a good reason.

I am so impressed with We R Evergreen. Since we arrived we felt nothing but truly welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere here is warm and inviting and their facility is also always clean and well-maintained. Everyone is attentive and always ready to help. 💗

I would say this is one of the cleanest board and care facilities I have ever visited. The staff are friendly, and as soon as you come in, they greet you with a smile. I am a home health nurse, and I visit one patient in this facility. All residents are treated with dignity and respect. The food is always delicious and served warm. I highly recommend this place to my friends and patients.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Mom spent her last 5 months of life there and she could not have been better cared for. The caregivers were exceptional and very involved, working with a physical therapist, a wound specialist and Hospice to enhance work by all the above. Mom and her whole family felt so much appreciation for the TLC that she received from the staff. The owner of the establishment went above and beyond her responsibilities in helping us to navigate insurance companies, medicare, and hospice. She made doctor's appointments for Mom, arranged transportation and made sure that Mom was on time for all appts.). I received photos and videos regularly documenting Mom's daily life, her little victories, as well as her setbacks. Living abroad, all the staff made sure that I remained in touch with Mom, that I was informed, and that I was included in any decision. The house itself is beautiful, homey and clean. 5 stars +++. Owner is extremely controlling in regards to medical or medication recommendation made by physician. She disregards the families stance on recommended plan of care implemented by licensed medical professionals. She is not a licensed nurse although she tries to act like she is. She is unprofessional. Do not place your loved one here unless you would like the owner to be in control of medical decision’s.
