I was very happy with Park Lane when my mother moved into their assisted living. In the last couple of years, however, the facility has slid fast downhill. While they seem to have handled Covid pretty well, everything else has suffered. The food is bad. The exec director won't return phone calls. The staff is short-handed. The main LVN with whom I deal is clearly being run ragged. More specifically, the staff should have noticed that my mom had an infection but didn't. All of this has happened while prices have steeply risen. It's sad to see the decline in PL's quality, and now my family faces the difficult prospect of moving our mother/grandmother.
