We were looking for a new home for mom. The process can be quite daunting. When researching to find the right place, we experienced everything from a hard sales pitch to "i do not care" attitude. Segovia WON hands down. From the first interaction with Lori Torres until this day, she was a great help for us and our decision. Lori took time to answer every question we had. It never felt like a sales pitch which we experienced with other places. Her attitude was always pleasant, friendly, yet professional. Kudos to Lori- a five star experience. So very happy we found SEGOVIA and mom can now call it her home.
