I wanna ask you about one of the communities in your area in the San Francisco area. But before we get there I'd love for you to share a little bit about your background. And what you do?

Back in the 1950 s, so we've we've been at it for quite a few years as a family. I've also personally helped. You know, probably hundreds of families at this point find senior living communities. arthurbretschneiderimac: I do. I know it. Well, yeah, absolutely so. The ivy at Golden Gate. It's on Nineteenth Avenue, so sort of in the sunset area in San Francisco. It used to actually be an old children's hospital, and this beautiful brick building that they renovated you know, probably about 20 years ago. Into senior housing. It is, a lovely, a lovely community. It offers sort of all levels of care. So they've got.

Folks who just are looking for a little bit of you know, kind of kind of downsize where they are now, and have a little bit of supervision. Sort of have an easier life with meals sort of prepared, and that sort of thing housekeeping. And then, of course they have assisted living as well. So that's, you know, help with activities of daily living and those sorts of things. And then they they also have a memory care wing.

You know a lot of the team members have been there for many, many years a lot of longevity on that team. And always has. You know that that community in San Francisco has just always had a really really strong reputation, you know, personally, on my list, it's always one of the ones that I recommend

It's certainly not the most expensive community in San Francisco. But it is. It is on the pricier side. You're you know, you're looking, you know, 8, 9, $10,000 a month, most likely. For for, you know, for for room and board there. And what else can I share about this community.

arthurbretschneiderimac: Yeah, they tend to operate larger communities that provide sort of that continuum of care that this this property offers. So independent living, assisted living memory care. It's a pretty, it's pretty common. They're usually operating larger communities as well. And so, yeah, this is sort of their sweet spot out here. And they have they actually operate another property in San Francisco. In Pacific heights. So they do have a, you know, pretty good presence here.
