A very nice place to live especially for seniors who need help with everything. Gets those seniors who just sat around all day in their house moving and using their brain. Ashley the director will help you in all ways. When your loved one first arrives there is a very loving staff and that staff stays loving. What a Gem Lexington is and a great help to the Ventura community. Ashley should be awarded for concern and patience with the residents and their family. I hope Ashley never leaves, Lexington has a good one. They also have a great staff. Thank the Lord for them.
