I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with The Palms. From the moment I stepped inside I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff have been nothing but friendly caring and helpful. My Mom has been living at The Palms for over five years now where she has found not only a home but also many close friends among the other residents. Everyone from the sales director to the servers in the dining room always have a smile and kind word to share. There is always something going on for everyone to enjoy too. whether it’s attending events or taking part in activities. All in all I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

The Palms at Fort Myers is a great place for seniors. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and they offer a lot of activities and events for residents. My mom has lived there for more than 5 years, and she loves it. Plus, I thought they did a great job managing resident health and safety during COVID. My mom has a gluten sensitivity and they are super accommodating to her needs in the kitchen. The food is great, and the staff always have a smile for residents. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.
