Please think twice before sending your loved one here. Please check other facilities. Not everything is at it seems and looks can be deceiving. 1. I came in to find that my mother had no access to water and the tray was pushed up against her closet door. She was very dehydrated when I got there. Water deprivation is never acceptable. If someone had been checking on her regularly as I was told, this would have been caught and her tray placed in the right area. 2. Poor diet. Corn, tacos, pasta, heavy gravies on top of dry meat, stuffing, pizza, lasagna, sugar laden desserts etc. No organic provided and I never saw fresh fruit available. " Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". Hippocrates. 3. I have pictures of fecal remnants and urine on my mom's toilet seat and in the bowl. It was not cleaned or flushed and I had to clean it up when I got to her room. This happened frequently. There is MUCH more. Please thinks twice going here.
