What families are saying

We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a Seniorly representative for details.
Wayman Place receives mixed reviews, with many praising its friendly and caring staff, clean environment, and welcoming atmosphere. Visitors and residents often highlight the facility's cleanliness, the personal attention given to residents, and the variety of activities available, such as social gatherings and exercise classes. The staff is frequently described as compassionate and attentive, contributing to a positive experience for many residents and their families. The facility is noted for its home-like feel, with personalized living spaces and a pleasant environment. However, some reviews point out significant issues, particularly with the facility's management and services. Complaints include financial mismanagement, with persistent billing errors and poor communication from the administration. Some residents and their families express dissatisfaction with the food quality and variety, as well as the timeliness of assistance provided by the staff. There are also concerns about understaffing, which affects the level of care and responsiveness to residents' needs. While many families appreciate the efforts of individual staff members and the overall atmosphere, others feel that the facility falls short in delivering promised services and maintaining consistent quality. The facility's affordability and location are often cited as positive factors, but some families have experienced challenges with billing, cleanliness, and care services. Overall, Wayman Place is seen as a generally positive environment for seniors, but with areas needing improvement, particularly in management and communication.

I recently visited Wayman Place, and I was impressed by the beautiful community, convenient location, and kind staff. The facility smelled pleasant (which I cannot say for everywhere I have toured) and the residents seemed to be well taken care of. The meals appeared to be higher quality than other places I've seen, which is a good sign. Overall this seems like a strong option for our family.
