This facility has been such a disappointment. We’ve gone by to see them at the facility and found them crying out and yet no one had come by to look in on them. We have been there for hours with no staff even checking on them. It’s just sad. I’ve heard many times first hand- Several of the staff nursing/medical/cma etc are not nice to their clients and get aggravated if you ask any questions. The “list” of inclusions are rarely done. I’m sure some are trying hard but not sure I’ve met many of them. We wanted to try and see if it would get better with all the changes in staff but We had to go a different direction. I would be very very cautious before choosing this place. It’s a beautiful place, but looks can be very deceiving.
