First and foremost, management positions needs to learn how to answer phones and emails. They do neither. Management also needs to be replaced. I live 9 hours away from where she was living and in those 2 months she had covid and stomach flu. I could NEVER get a call answered to check on her. My mother was in memory care and she was treated well by the staff, although it took a week for someone to get a clean catch UA to check for a positive UTI. She was in alot of pain. While she had Covid I had no up dates. Their cleaning of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Even after asking for clean up of bathroom, it was not done. These caregivers are taking care of our precious elderly parents and need to realize that each one is an individual. Never saw a care plan so can’t speak about if there even was one in place. They need to do more medical training so staff can spot problems before issues come up. My moms ankles swelled double in size and no one cared. I could go on and on
