The Canopy at Warner Robins receives mixed reviews, with many praising the facility and staff, particularly Rebecca, the marketing manager, for her professionalism and helpfulness during transitions. Residents and their families appreciate the clean environment, friendly staff, and variety of activities offered. The facility is described as welcoming, with a strong sense of community and attentive care, especially in assisted living. The dining experience is generally positive, with some noting the quality of meals and the presence of a skilled chef. However, significant concerns are raised about the memory care unit. Some families report inadequate care, lack of activities, and poor staff responsiveness, leading to issues like dehydration and unmanaged medical conditions. Complaints include staff being inattentive, often seen on phones, and not providing promised services. There are also reports of safety issues, such as residents wandering unsupervised. While some families have had positive experiences with the memory care unit, others have moved their loved ones due to dissatisfaction. The facility's pricing is noted as a concern for some, with a few reviews mentioning unexpected costs and rate increases. Overall, while The Canopy is praised for its assisted living services and community atmosphere, the memory care unit receives criticism for not meeting expectations, highlighting the importance of thorough research and consideration when choosing care for loved ones with dementia.

I had a loved one there for a period of time and would not recommend this facility. You are only as good as your employees and that is a problem. Turnover is extremely high and there are those that work hard in order not to work. They have good employees as well, just not enough. The cleaning and food are sub-par at best. We had a lot of problems. Would not recommend.
