Terrible facility and changes staff frequency and most times no one is around when you are visiting loved ones. Residents are often left unattended and rooms are uncleaned with little or no care from staff. Have met with several different executives and promised they would do better but of course no changes except of course new staff. If you dont care about your loved one then this is the place for them.
