The entire process of placing my mother in this lovely community was stress-free. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. I am happy that she has found a comfortable home at The Waterford at Ames where she is safe and well taken care of by such a caring group of people. The Activites Director, Eden does such a good job with all the residents and really does a great job making sure everyone is having a good time. Keep up the great work Waterford at Ames.

Wonderful facility with great staff as well as great amenities. They went above and beyond to make sure my parents needs & wants were meet. The Waterford at Ames is very inviting and comforting while being very clean. Housekeeping staff do a great job at making sure the building is clean at all times. They also provide daily activities that give my parents a fun atmosphere to be involved in while providing them a choice of what they want to do.
