I started looking for senior living places and decided to look at the Residence at Bedford (MA) for Independent living. Although it's not yet fully built, my experience so far has been nothing less than spectacular. The executive director is very pleasant and listens carefully to everything you say. The sales manager is also very caring and listens to everything that you have to offer. She went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests and the experience I had with them was far superior to any that I had at other facilities. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed out the door like at other places I visited. As far as the building, it is in a lovely setting overlooking the Minuteman trail with plenty of parking. It looks like a very large home, instead of anything industrial. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay to consider taking some time to explore the Residence at Bedford. I look forward to it being my forever home.
