My Mother spent about a year and a half at the Preserve both in Assisted Living and in Memory Care. Poor management, high staff turnover, understaffing and lack of expertise led to a very dangerous situation. After her second hospital stay with serious injuries, we found another place. I deeply regret leaving her there as long as we did. The worst part was that there was no accountability and no effort by the management to work toward any improvements. I can only hope that since she left there two years ago things have changed, but based on my family's experience there I would never recommend this place to anybody.

We have had my mother-in-law in this facility for a little over two years. It has been a nightmare with the lack of staff, the lack of responsibility and the lack of care. We have seen countless number of employees come and go and management come and go. My mother-in-law had many complaints against them and unfortunately is now in the hospital because of them . it is sad that the state does not seem to keep tabs on the inability to take full care of their residents . There are a few good aids, but they all seem to quit because they are not appreciated by the company. Don’t get fooled by the shiny new pretty place. Please do your research .
