Do not commit your loved one to this facility. Bad food. Poor cooks. Lazy servers. Very little from-scratch cooking. Nearly everything is Sysco pre-cooked, pre-packaged, frozen, thaw and serve ... from pot roast, lasagna, stuffed peppers to its fried chicken. Just throw it in the oven, heat it up and serve it to the residents. And no seasonal menu rotation whatsoever. Same food week in and week out, month to month. The Dining Services Director doesn't seem to care. It's what's easiest and cheapest for him.
