Mice and A LOT of roaches in the place. Probably more in the kitchen. So much flooding cause of residents, and bad construction, I worry for the residents about black mold where it cannot be seen. Food is terrible. Residents get the cheapest food. How about your chicken leg or wings cooked, or even semi cooked, but with feathers still attached. A meal can cause many residents to get an upset stomach. With luck, food can be warm. Many times served cool. Only the first floor and 8th floor are done, and pictures do not match up how small they really are.
