Staff say different things about care and services. There is no orientation for the family to ask questions. Main staff seems incompetent. They don’t answer emails, phone calls, etc. They say that they’ll do something, but don’t. Not professional. Very disappointed. Food is not good. Seems to have turnover with caregivers. Wish that we had not pick this place. Place is really nice on the outside and inside, but some of the main staff are completely useless. For as how much it costs, seems they should be able to get more competent and responsible people; ones who know what they are doing.
