The water isn’t hot to all of the apartments and I know of a resident who’s tried to get a hot shower for nearly a year. The facility is designed with a parking lot where staff pull up directly outside residents windows so they’re awakened at all times of the nights. There’s an issue with a broken PA system so if the lights from cars don’t wake up residents then random announcements overnight will surely do the trick. This place is expensive and the value deserves less than one star.
