Went to see a triend today. Broke my heart hearing how miserable the residents are. I walked by the dining room. Seemed like all the staff was in the hooting and hollaring have a good ole time. But the residents sitting out front and in the halls look so sad. Over heard several residents talking about how they are treated, staff refusing to take them to their appointments, food is no good, sitting in filth for hours waiting for a staff member to care enough to come help, staff rude and mean to residents. Made me sick. How is a place like this still open. This is what our parents and loved ones have to look forward to? Spend thousands of dollars a month for very little care and poor food. I had to leave and tears in my eyes I hope and pray someone can help me get this place turned in. I was about to move my parents into here in April but not after What I witnessed today.
