My father has only been there one week, so my review is incomplete. I will start by saying the Staff has been TERRIFIC with my father, as his mental state is bad, with advanced dementia. He has to get adjusted to the new schedule, but the Personal Care has been wonderful. So far, the only complaint is the Maintenance Department. I have asked 4 times already about them fixing the front door handle, the bathroom sink, and the hanging of pictures. Nothing has been done. I will escalate this to the Executive Director after another week passes if action has still not been done, but other than that, everything is going well, all things considered.
