My wife resided at Hillside Manor for just a little more than a year before passing with Alzheimer's. My visits with her were always unscheduled. Never did I visit that the staff was not professional, kind and very friendly, not to mention "spic and span" clean. If there was an emergency, I was contacted immediately. My wife became friends with all staff and made friends with other residents and her "group" was a real friendship and funny. The care and meals were ideal and when it became necessary to feed her they met the standards above and beyond. Near the ending, she was watched and looked after very closely and I was contacted immediately. Five Star for me!

Very clean and organized, professional staff. Treats the residents like family. I am just one of the preventative maintenance technicians that service this facility to ensure the kitchen and laundry are operating properly, and my visits are unannounced. And this is a place I would feel comfortable with family being assisted with daily living.
