My loved one has been at Terra Bella Thorneblade (formerly known as Kempton) for several months. Although physically doing ok, she needs assistance while bathing due to failing memory. They claim to bath her twice a week. It’s definitely not happening! And when she does get bathed, they rarely wash her hair. And think about it, is twice a week enough when you’re forced to wear a diaper all day. The memory care hallways constantly smell like Urine and floors stay filthy. There are so many other problems with this place to complain about but do yourself a favor and read the reviews and all other platforms. The sales reps will make promises to get you moved in ( and get that Community move in fee) but then you’ll be ghosted and ignored when you try to get answers to issues after move in. Don’t put your loved one in memory care here. Once they have your $ you’ll rarely hear or see management again. They cower behind and put staff in place to answer questions but never enforce solutions.
