⭐ 1-Star Review Fake Smiles, Real Neglect – Don’t Trust the Show at Atria Cinco Ranch Atria Cinco Ranch looks good on social media — but don't be fooled. Management is all about fake smiles, numbers, and keeping up appearances, not real care. The people you see in their Facebook posts? Mostly independent residents from the apartments. You’ll rarely see the Assisted Living residents featured — and that’s because they’re not receiving the same level of attention or care. Caregivers constantly come and go. The ones who stay barely do their job when management isn't watching. It’s all a performance. Executive Director Ashley is the worst of it. She cares more about the money than the residents. Ask her to do something hands-on? Never going to happen. But trust and believe — she’ll make sure that bill is paid. If you truly want your loved one to be cared for with dignity, skip Atria.
