When my mom first moved to Meadow Creek it was great… over the last 5 months the quality of care has completely gone down hill, they have cut staffing down to unacceptable levels for the amount of residents they have and the staff themselves are very unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone thinking of putting a parent here.
