There are also reports of rude and unprofessional behavior from some staff members, as well as administrative challenges, such as difficulties accessing medical records and resolving billing issues. While some families express satisfaction with the care and environment, others have experienced distressing situations, including neglect and poor communication. The facility's cost is frequently mentioned, with some feeling it is overpriced for the level of care provided. Overall, while Edgeworth Park has its strengths, particularly in its physical environment and some dedicated staff, there are notable areas for improvement in care consistency and staff training, especially in the memory care unit.

Very disappointed with the care my parent received in the memory unit. Medications were often not given correctly or on time. Some staff were cruel and used harsh language towards the residents and their families. Once my mother was left in a bed yelling for help for two hours with little care, she was often left in soiled clothes for hours rarely being changed. Often having two or three depends on. My relative had Chronic UTIs, often monthly. Management did not listen or seem to care. I was often being dismissed and management failed to investigate the complaints properly. Very expensive for the care you receive. I was bullied by staff as witnessed by many friends that came to visit my relative. Mom was moved to a facility that charges 3,500 less than Edgeworth with much better care. There have been many complaints with the dept of social services about Edgeworth. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Please do your homework before moving them to this facility.
