This brand new facility is clean and very appealing outdoors and indoors but that is where it stops. This facility has growing pain issues. The staff that started out are all gone. I see new faces daily and not so much of the old staff. High turnover. The food is terrible and the dining room is short staff always and replaced often. You maybe get your order in within a ½hr if your lucky and another ½hr to have it served to you. They don't keep the salad bar and soup freshened up. The food in memorycare is served cold most of the time and staff there have a kitchen but don't use it to warm the food. Activites for the memory care is next to nothing. The new and beaurltful salon is not in use and they don't plan to hire anyone to do hair or pedicures even though there is a chair in the salon. Their accounts receivable system sucks. They don't get around to depositing your payment by check until after late fee deadline and charge $150. I really had hopes for this place but not organized.

Bonnaventure has many facilities throughout the country. Maple Valley is the newest in the Northwest, it’s a beautiful building that offers Independent, Assisted Living and Memory care living. They offer many amenities for active senior citizens. BEWARE if you want to transfer your loved ones to a Bonnaventure facility closer to you for care. As it appears they aren’t consistent throughout the company Maple Valley seems to only want a certain type of clientele and will deny a transfer for your loved ones from other Bonnaventure facilities. When you want to speak with the Regional Medical Director that makes the decisions, as to why your loved one can’t be at Maple Valley Bonnaventure but can be at another Bonnaventure location, with the exact same medical issues, they will just completely blow you off and ignore your emails and calls The building is quite large, with many corners and turns along with all 4 floors have the same paint color it can be confusing for some seniors
