Poor care!! Lack quality. Majority of staff are unprofessional. Medication mishaps. Poor leadership that use the bandaid approach to fix issues. Lasts a few days then falls off. Staff act like they are unaware they are caring for the elderly. Lack of respect and no common sense. Some downright rude. Don't look for any value added service, there isn't any. Short staffed too many times to count. Staff express their concerns to family. Scary to know the care isn't there. Nutrition Svcs. Is below average. My loved one needed food cut due to stroke. Rarely happened. Any special request like cream for your coffee? Buy your own or you will go without. Get a camera or you have no idea what kind of care is being given. Facility does not provide compassionate care. Corporate cold. Difficult to enter building after hours. Nobody answers phone. Ghost town on weekends. Our elderly deserve better.
