Carie is very caring and attentive. Her professionalism is nothing more than outstanding. It's very refreshing to have someone to greet you with a smile. Carie is always asking if she can help out in every way. Carie represent Terra Bella well. Thank you Carie for giving our mom the best care.

This place has some great staff but it also has some lazy no good for nothing staff that needs gone. This place needs lots of repairs it’s a shame restrooms are disgusting and furniture in rooms are cracked bed rails have cracked and paint coming off. Where staff gets residents water from and coffee is totally unacceptable it’s so nasty if place was kept up maybe staff might enjoy working there and take better care of patients also if they had items they need on each hall then they would not have to be running around looking for items like briefs pee pads sheets only an example I have come very close to a lot of staff and residents I want changes and I expect them to happen
