Holiday Forsyth Court receives mixed reviews from residents and their families. Many appreciate the friendly and professional staff, who are often described as accommodating and attentive. The facility is praised for its cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and variety of activities, which include arts and crafts, Bible studies, and day trips. Residents enjoy the dining experience, with three meals a day and a menu offering choices, although some express a desire for more traditional Southern dishes. The apartments are generally well-received, with options for different sizes and amenities like refrigerators and washers. However, some residents find the lack of full kitchens and limited windows in some units to be drawbacks. The facility's location on a busy road is also noted as a concern by some. Criticism includes reports of bed bug infestations, declining food quality, and rising costs. Some residents feel the management prioritizes profit over resident welfare, and there are concerns about reduced staff presence, particularly at night. The facility's single elevator and lack of balconies are also mentioned as areas for improvement. Overall, while many residents and families are satisfied with the community and its offerings, others are concerned about specific issues that impact their experience.

I have elderly parents! My dad is 92 and mom 86. My dad broke his leg back in December last year. He started in rehab then moved to assisted living. He is just learning to walk again after 13 weeks. My mom has had some health issues since he's been gone so I knew before he could be released to come home that I needed to act fast with finding a place for their next chapter. I reached out on the website A place for mom and Adair called me instantly to get me into Forsyth Court last Saturday. My cousin went with me and what a wonderful place. We walked in and smelled popcorn, I love popcorn! We met with Janice, she took us into an office then asked if we would like to have lunch so we said yes. I'm so glad, the food was great, we sat with lovely ladies. After lunch Janice took us on a tour. What a beautiful place! I felt like I was home. My folks are moving here in a few weeks. ♥️
