"The ONLY reason I am giving this 2 stars and not something lower is Trish, MJ, and Tracey. These 3 know and understand how to deal with patients and their families dealing with dementia. The overnight and weekend staff have no idea how to work with dementia residents. In a single month, our mother 89 had fallen 3 times, which they sometimes do, had a UTI which was mentioned 3 times and blown off as this is normal behavior, taken to the hospital with severe COPD and CHF. During the month of July 2024 we have been called to take her to the ER 4 times, she spent 10/31 in the hospital. The last time we had her at the hospital the Dr changed all of her meds. Holly Brook knew this before we returned. One of the meds causes agitation. We received a call at 10 pm that they were sending her to the ER again for a Psych Eval.because she was agitated.
