My wife and I have now lived at Grand View Terrace (Independant Living) for 4 years. Prior to coming to Grandview Terrace, we visited 5 other similar facilities in the area. The reason we selected Grandview Terrace was. 1. All under one roof. Do not have to go outside for access to dining, pool, and functions. (Only place that offered this.) For us this was the most important. 2. Food was terrific and plans very flexible. Dining is like a 5 star restaurant. Monthly special themed dinners. Birthday and anniversary meals. 3. Has a Woodshop in the building for my hobby. (Only place that offered this.) 4. Has a garden club where we have our own small garden. (Only place) 5. If needed, has free transportation to our doctors, grocery shopping and other needs within a certain mileage range. Small fee for greater distance. 6. Amazon delivers right to our condo door. 7. Construction (Walls, floor and ceiling) is concrete. Very quiet. Do not hear adjoining units. (Only plac
