And I started senior because I noticed firsthand really, how hard it was for families to go through this search process and and want to make it easier for them. Over the years I've helped. Probably hundreds of families find communities myself. And of course, here at Senior we help thousands of families every year.

Christine Healy: The community that I wanted to ask you about. It's one that we get a lot of interest in on our site, and it's called Mirabella at Asu. And it's actually a slightly different model for senior living, I think. So tell me what you know about this community.

So you'd move out of your home into an apartment, and there's going to be, you know, independent services assisted memory care, even skilled nursing, everything sort of supported there.

And so it's actually also an intergenerational retirement sort of community where you know, it's it's it's located on campus, in fact. So the communities in downtown Tempe.

So there's it's certainly something. But I mean this, this property is is actually on the campus, and, in fact, the the residents at Mirabella are able to attend over 200 classes a year at Asu. So
