A HIDDEN GEM 💎! Choosing Revel Legacy at McDowell Mountain is the best decision I made all year. Comfortable, boutique, impeccable and affordable are all synonymous with this residential property. My cottage is exactly what I needed after downsizing my life and moving from the Midwest.

My mother was a resident at Serendipity in the Sun just shy of 2 1/2 years, dying peacefully there in August of 2024. When you live on the other side of the country, as I do, you need to feel confident your parent will be in caring, attentive, and professional hands. My mother, who suffered from MS and dementia, had been cared for at larger, more corporate retirement facilities prior to my moving her into Serendipity in the Sun. Realizing she was getting lost in those kinds of places, I wanted a smaller assisted living home where she'd receive more personal attention. I also wanted to relax in the knowledge she was receiving the best possible care. I got what I was looking for, thanks to Serendipity's excellent caregivers. I know that at the end of her life, she lived in a clean, beautiful, and peaceful home with caregivers who treated her with dignity and tenderness. I always felt welcome there. I recommend Serendipity for people who want their loved ones to receive top-notch care.

It is an honor and a privilege to highly recommend "A Place in the Sun", for it's caring and competent caregivers, and especially owner, Ilie Iugan. It was May 2020 when dementia finally took my mother's ability to care for herself. It was a horrible time for our family to try and find a suitable facility, and due to the pandemic, I couldn't travel from Chicago to assist my siblings to do so. Immediately, our worries were put at ease by Ilie, his wife and staff. When I was finally able to visit, I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the fresh food, and the comfort of being in a safe neighborhood in a lovely and secure home. The other residents were also quite kind and well-supervised. Although I wasn't able to be with her when she passed away, I was comforted with knowing that she had been well cared-for in her hour of need.

Belmont Village Senior Living in Scottsdale is a goof facility. It's been showered with glowing reviews for its cleanliness, delicious food, and diverse activities. The staff are like family – always friendly, helpful, and dedicated to residents' well-being. Management is professional and communicates well.
