Belmont Village Sunnyvale is a wonderful place, and I’m happy to give it a solid 4 stars! As a 54-year-old woman with a mother in their care, I can tell you firsthand how great this community is. The executive director is truly amazing - always approachable, kind, and deeply committed to the residents' well-being. It’s clear that they run a tight ship with a lot of heart. The memory care program at Belmont Village is very good. My mom has been benefiting from their specialized activities and support, and I’ve noticed real improvements in her engagement and mood. The staff are attentive and well-trained in handling the unique challenges that come with memory care, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. One small downside is the food - while it’s generally good, there have been a few occasions where it didn’t quite meet expectations. However, that’s a minor issue compared to all the positives.
