Had my Grandfather here for Hospice care (we had to select a facility in a matter of a day or two). The facility is nice, clean, and bright. My Grandfather commented on how good the food was (and the fact you get to choose). The problem is that you CAN NOT get anyone to call you back. If you leave a message for the nursing staff they will never get back to you. The Administrative staff is no better. All we wanted to know is if my Grandfather was OK, call us back in a couple hours - never called. Also, we understand the need to pay 2-weeks up-front. My Grandfather passed after 10 days. We are told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund of the unsed time and they can't tell us how much it will be. For them being the most expensive facility in the area, you would expect better than what they provide. With all the positives, would never use them again.
